Apricot Pound Cake (Emlyn)

1 pound cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c Apricot Nectar
1/3 c Cooking Oil
1 small box Orange Jello
1 tsp each Lemon And Butter Extracts

Mix all together. I pour the cake into a prepared bundt pan that I have
used spray shortening and then dusted lightly with sugar, instead of
flour...this gives the cake a crunchy outside. Bake at 325 degrees for 1
hour. If you use a loaf pan it will take longer to bake, ususally about 10
minutes longer.

NOTE: Since you are in a higher elavation than we are here, you may need to
make allowances according to the package direstions.
...You may use any remaining nectar to make a glaze with powdered sugar and
the nectar. This cake will also taste great a few days after it's baked.
