Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
⅓ cup cocoa
2 sticks margarine or butter
3 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups coconut
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
¼ cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème
Directions:
Cream sugar, coca, and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, coconut, nuts, and buttermilk. Bake in a 13 x 9” greased cake pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Spread marshmallow crème on warm cake. Let cool and add frosting.
Frosting:
½ bag powdered sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
Mix well.
