German Pancakes (Emlyn)
4 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, optional
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Bake at 350 until puffy. Makes 6 servings.
